The end of the era. I admit – I leave last night’s episode “empty”. What happened to Megan? Midge? Freddie?
Answer: you will never know.
I think Mad Men missed out on a great opportunity to bring back some of those characters you loved for all of those years. I think they could have done a good deal better with the conclusion of Draper, too. You are/were left to assume that he went on to produce the most iconic advertising campaign of all time. I wish that had been spelled out a bit more clearly.
